Job Description:

Midsouth Heating and Cooling is seeking a reliable and organized Installation Manager / Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and coordinate installation projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HVAC or a related field who understands installation workflows, materials, and job scheduling. You'll play a key role in ensuring crews are equipped, jobs run smoothly, and customers receive high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control and organization Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation jobs efficiently and accurately Work closely with installation crews to ensure proper materials and equipment are ready Track HVAC equipment, parts, and job materials Ensure installations are completed on time and meet company standards Supervise warehouse staff and support installation teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse management, installation coordination, or a similar role Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scheduling, email) Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC industry experience strongly preferred (installation, service, or parts) Familiarity with HVAC equipment, materials, and job workflows Experience with inventory or logistics systems Background in construction or home services
