Job Summary S.P.A. City Distribution is seeking a dependable, energetic, detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy. We are looking for a warehouse manager who can lead by example, manage the full inventory lifecycle while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Strong leadership skills with supervising experience and forklift operation are a must. Pay will reflect experience

Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Provide clear daily direction to warehouse staff and oversee warehouse operations to ensure high productivity.

Inventory Control:

Manage the complete inventory process, including receiving, reconciling stock, and conducting regular analysis.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to organize and move stock.

Communication:

Act as a central point of contact for management; effectively communicate instructions and ensure team comprehension of operational goals.

Pay:

From $50,000.00 per year
