Location Manager Pay Rate:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

As the Location Manager , you will be responsible for the local branch and ensure it runs exactly the way it's supposed to, every single day. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things right. If you are someone who shows up, stays organized, communicates clearly, and leads a small team with steadiness and accountability, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Responsible for the
Facility:
Open and close the location with consistency; the branch runs on your standards. Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized every day.
Manage Inventory & Orders:
Pull, stage, and fulfill customer pickup orders correctly and on time. Keep inventory accurate through regular cycle counts and organized yard management. Lead the
Team:
Guide a small team of yard and fulfillment associates with clear expectations, steady accountability, and a commitment to safety.
Operate Equipment:
Safely operate forklifts and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
Customer & Ops Support:
Handle walk-in customers and POS transactions with professionalism. Problem-solve day-to-day issues and communicate proactively with centralized support teams.
What We're Looking For Dependability:
You are consistent, accountable, present, and take pride in maintaining an excellent workspace.
Leadership:
Experience leading a small team (even informally); you know how to set expectations and follow through.
Hands-On Attitude:
Comfortable working actively in an outdoor yard or warehouse environment day to day.
Skills & Certifications:
Forklift certified (or willing and able to become certified upon hire). Comfortable using technology, including inventory systems, POS platforms, and basic reporting tools.
Strong Communication:
A clear communicator who flags problems early, solves what they can, and doesn't wait to be asked. Preferred Background Experience in fencing, building materials, agricultural supply, lumber, or a related industry. Experience running a branch, yard, or small facility within a larger, centralized organization. Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
