Paid Holidays Location Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $58,240.00 to $66,560.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm) The Location Manager is responsible for making sure the Mesa branch runs the way it's supposed to, every single day. You're not here to reinvent the wheel. You're here to keep it turning. That means owning your space, supporting your team, solving problems as they come up, and holding yourself to a consistent standard of execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things right. Someone who shows up, stays organized, communicates clearly, and leads a small team with steadiness and accountability.
Location Manager Qualifications:
Must be dependable, consistent, accountable, and present Experience leading a small team, even informally; setting expectations and following through. Comfortable working hands-on in a yard or warehouse environment, day to day. Forklift certified, or willing and able to become certified upon hire Organized and detail-oriented, especially around inventory and order accuracy. A clear communicator. A self-starter. You flag problems early and work on solutions.
Comfortable using technology:
inventory systems, POS platforms, and basic reporting tools. Experience in building materials, fencing, agricultural supply, lumber, or a related industry.
Background:
running a branch, yard, or small facility within a larger organization. Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
