Warehouse Manager (Full-Time) About the

Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and driven Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary warehouse employee, backed by part-time support staff. This is a critical role that requires independence, organization, and the ability to take ownership of warehouse operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who will run this warehouse like it's their own business, constantly looking for new opportunities and ways to improve it. Initially, the warehouse will require 6 months of cleanup and reorganization, after which the role will transition into maintaining smooth daily operations and assuming additional responsibilities. We are ready to hire for an immediate start (allowing for proper notice to your current employer, if applicable).

Responsibilities:

Treat the warehouse as your own business, constantly seeking new operational efficiencies and business opportunities. Organize and restore order in the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records and update computerized inventory system. Receive, inspect, and process deliveries. Prepare, package and coordinate outgoing shipments. Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness. Perform general warehouse maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational skills, an exceptional work ethic, and a strong desire to advance yourself professionally . Knowledge of AI tools or a strong willingness to learn how to use them to improve efficiency. Familiarity with various aspects of process automation or a willingness to learn how to automate operational tasks. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Hourly wage from $18 to $28 with bonus pay after successful completion of evaluation period. Opportunity to build and take ownership of warehouse operations. Pay:
