The Associate Manager of Warehouse at Wecom Fiber plays a crucial role in overseeing inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. Expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization will contribute to the efficient storage and distribution of telecommunications and fiber products and materials. Key Responsibilities:
Manage telecommunications and fiber warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of telecommunications and fiber products, equipment, and materials to meet operational needs. Implement inventory management systems, conduct regular stock checks, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and discrepancies. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics, working with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of telecommunications and fiber orders. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with industry regulations, utilizing space efficiently and optimizing storage layouts for telecommunications and fiber products. Develop warehouse procedures, SOPs, and quality control measures to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency in handling telecommunications and fiber inventory. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other departments to forecast telecommunications and fiber inventory needs, plan replenishment, and support project requirements effectively. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the telecommunications and fiber industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles. Leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to coordinate warehouse activities effectively. Proficiency in warehouse management software, inventory systems, and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address telecommunications and fiber warehouse challenges and drive operational excellence. Certification in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or related areas specific to the telecommunications and fiber industry is advantageous. fiber warehouse challenges and drive operational excellence. The travel requirement is based on regular travel from the warehouse to our yard in Chino Valley. There is also the occasional day trip to one of our other office locations. NOTE:
