We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Parts & Warehouse Manager to help keep our operations running efficiently by managing materials, inventory, purchasing, and warehouse organization. Position Summary The Parts & Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring materials and equipment are available, organized, and ready when needed. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys creating systems and improving efficiency. Basic knowledge of electrical materials is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn. Responsibilities Purchase materials, tools, and supplies for upcoming projects Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas Stage and prepare materials for field crews and upcoming jobs Track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed Coordinate material returns, exchanges, and warranty items Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software Assist with vendor relationships and pricing comparisons Deliver or pick up materials when necessary Keep the storage areas clean, organized, and safe Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and warehouse efficiency Support project managers and field personnel with material needs Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently Comfortable learning and using inventory management and job management software Basic computer skills, including email and data entry Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed Basic knowledge of electrical materials and equipment preferred, but not required Previous warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week)
