Job Description

Warehouse & Logistics Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, and workplace safety. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff Ensure accurate receiving, documentation, and organization of inbound inventory Coordinate put-away, replenishment, staging, and backstock organization Manage order staging, fulfillment, and customer pickup workflows Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and shrink control Coordinate with scheduler, logistics, and vendors for proper and complete shipments Enforce warehouse safety standards and equipment operation procedures Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse team members Monitor productivity and prepare operational performance reports using IMS software Support emergency procedures, recalls, and safety response protocols Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational delays Qualifications Previous warehouse management (4 years) or logistics leadership experience required Strong organizational and inventory management skills Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational procedures Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with inventory systems and warehouse reporting required Forklift certification or equipment operation experience required What Success Looks Like Excellent inventory and order fulfillment accuracy Efficient receiving and replenishment operations Clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Strong communication between warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams Consistent on-time order staging and logistics coordination A motivated, productive, and accountable warehouse team Benefits Competitive pay Individual Health Care Program Stable, full-time position with typical Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm schedule.
