In this role, you will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment through effective warehouse operations. Your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will drive customer satisfaction and support the growth of our online sales platform. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, materials handling, and e-commerce logistics while contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across multiple online sales channels with accuracy and timeliness. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, process shipments, and ensure stock accuracy. Load and unload incoming shipments, perform quality control checks, and organize stock in designated storage areas. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule. Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper materials handling procedures and operating heavy equipment responsibly. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including stocking, order picking, packaging, and load & unload operations to optimize workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or distribution environments with familiarity in order picker operations and warehouse experience. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (including reach trucks), pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and quality control standards. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks regularly.
