$80,000 - $120,000 USD +Annual Performance Bonus Position Overview:
Responsible for designing and optimizing logistics solutions for the North American market. You will bridge the gap between client needs and warehouse operations, focusing on cost efficiency (IRR), compliance (HazMat/Customs), and last-mile optimization.What You'll Do Solution Design:
Develop customized warehousing and distribution plans for E-commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon). Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling.Cost & Profitability Analysis:
Calculate project IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and payback periods for new warehouse setups. Optimize Last-mile pricing strategies to maintain margins under "Platform-Mandated Labels."Exception & Compliance Management:
Define SOPs for OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) and other Inbound/Outbound Exceptions.Ensure compliance with California
