This part-time role is responsible for personally delivering flyers to residential neighborhoods, building visibility for our business, and managing additional team members as distribution needs grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute marketing flyers door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and target areas Plan and organize efficient delivery routes to maximize coverage and productivity Track distribution areas and maintain accurate records of completed routes Ensure flyers are delivered professionally, consistently, and in approved locations Identify high-potential neighborhoods and areas for outreach opportunities Recruit, train, and manage additional flyer distribution team members when needed Monitor team performance and ensure quality standards are maintained Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to leadership Maintain inventory of flyers and coordinate reorders when necessary Represent the company positively within the community

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Excellent organizational and time management skills Leadership experience or team management preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors Strong communication and accountability Prior experience in promotions, canvassing, sales, or field marketing is a plus
