Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our facility in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to effectively manage warehouse operations. Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products Develop and implement warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse management role Experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices You should be proficient in: Excavator Operation Skid Steer Operation Forklift Licensed Packaging Experience Meets Physical Requirements Excellent Communication Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Machines & technologies you'll use: ERP Software Salary info: $22 - $27 / hr
