Job Description

SpeedX is seeking a seasoned Process Product Manager to lead one of our 3 core product pillars, owning the end-to-end process product strategy, execution, and performance across the Order-to-Delivery lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Technology, with full accountability for how parcels flow through our network from order intake to final delivery. You will lead a team of Process Product Owners and serve as the key bridge between Operations (First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile), Engineering, and Commercial teams. This role is based in Los Angeles (LAX) and requires strong collaboration across US and China teams. Responsibilities Own and define the Process Product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for the full Order to Delivery lifecycle Take end-to-end ownership of core operational flows including order creation & allocation, pickup & first mile, sorting & linehaul, and last mile dispatch, delivery & POD Design, standardize, and enforce global SOPs and operational process governance across all hubs and service centers Drive system-first operations, reducing manual intervention and ensuring scalability across growing volumes Lead cross-functional alignment across Ops, Tech, and Commercial teams with clear problem definition and structured requirements Oversee the full product lifecycle from requirement definition through delivery, UAT, rollout, and adoption Establish strong execution discipline including PRD/BRD documentation, process flows, SOPs, and release governance Define and track core operational KPIs including delivery success rate, SLA adherence, first attempt success rate, scan compliance, and route efficiency Use data and operational insights to identify bottlenecks, improve network performance, and optimize cost per parcel Act as decision owner for trade-offs between operational efficiency, system capability, and customer experience Build and lead a team of Process Product Owners, raising capability in process design, execution, and stakeholder management Requirements 10+ years of experience in Product, Operations, or Logistics Systems within B2C eCommerce, parcel delivery, or last-mile logistics Strong expertise in end-to-end parcel lifecycle (Order to Delivery) including first mile, middle mile, and last mile operations Proven experience leading large-scale operational or product initiatives with measurable impact on delivery performance Experience managing cross-functional teams across Ops and Tech in high-growth environments Deep understanding of logistics systems including OMS, WMS, TMS, Dispatch, and Driver Apps Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate operational data into actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across regions and time zones Familiarity with process and documentation tools such as Notion and Visio Nice to Have Experience in last-mile delivery or 3PL environments Agile/Scrum certification Process Product Leader #005
Pay:
$135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
