Job Description

Lead a High-Performance, Tech-Enabled Warehouse in Perris, CA As the General Manager for our Perris, CA facility, you'll steward the site's end-to-end performance—owning the P&L, elevating safety and service, and orchestrating both conventional and automated warehouse operations. You'll coach Operations Managers and Supervisors, advance continuous improvement, and ensure customers experience reliable, sustainable fulfillment—every time. A Day in the Life Start with the floor: Walk the site, engage teams, and verify safety, quality, and throughput are on track across all shifts.
Own the numbers:
Review KPIs, reconcile budgets and forecasts, and make data-driven calls to protect margins and accelerate revenue.
Coach leaders:
Mentor Operations Managers and their teams—setting goals, building capability, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Advance automation:
Partner with IT and engineering to optimize WMS, material handling systems, and robotics—raising productivity and reducing cost-to-serve.
Delight customers:
Meet with key clients, anticipate issues, and craft solutions that align with their service and growth expectations.
Improve continuously:
Lead CI initiatives spanning conventional and automated workflows to boost quality, velocity, and sustainability.
Strengthen partnerships:
Support vendor relationships and procurement to secure reliable, cost-effective products and services. About Exol Exol is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, operating outsourced warehousing with a specialty in automation across CPG, food & beverage, wholesale, and retail. Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and SoftBank. What You'll Drive Alignment of all site operations with Exol's goals and metrics; consistent performance across buildings and shifts. Full site financial stewardship, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and revenue growth. Adoption of best practices in logistics and supply chain; long-term strategies that scale resources and enable building growth in step with regional plans. Rigorous compliance with safety and environmental standards; promotion of a safety-first culture. Performance tracking and reporting with clear, data-backed actions to hit targets. Leadership in sustainable logistics to reduce environmental impact while improving efficiency. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 8+ years in logistics/warehousing/supply chain operations, including 2+ years leading at the building/site level with direct P&L accountability. Proven leadership across multi-department teams; decisive problem-solver and influencer. Depth in conventional and automated warehouse operations, WMS, inventory control, and material handling systems.
Financial acumen:
budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions to drive profitability. Project leadership experience; PMP or similar credential is a plus. Experience integrating warehouse automation and advanced logistics technologies. Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP platforms, and WMS software. Passion for sustainable, environmentally responsible logistics and continuous improvement. Work Environment & Travel Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. On-site, in-warehouse leadership role with time on the floor and in the office. Flexibility to support day, swing, night, or on-call coverage based on operational needs.
