Warehouse Manager

  • 40 per hour DOE Aquamatic Fire Protection is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to join our growing fire sprinkler installation company in Pittsburg, CA.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage warehouse operations while serving as a strong bridge between the field and office teams. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, strong communication skills, construction or fire protection industry familiarity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory organization Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, and staging for field crews Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking Interface regularly with office staff, project managers, vendors, and field employees Load/unload materials and lift heavy boxes or equipment as needed Drive company vehicles for deliveries and pickups throughout the Bay Area Ensure warehouse remains clean, organized, and efficient Assist with receiving, ordering, and organizing construction/fire sprinkler materials Support scheduling and logistics coordination for projects Qualifications Prior warehouse management or supervisory experience required Basic construction and/or fire sprinkler industry knowledge preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology/software systems Clean driving record required Familiarity with California Bay Area cities, freeways, and routes Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an active warehouse environment Reliable transportation required to commute daily to our Pittsburg warehouse Additional Information Company vehicle provided for deliveries and pickups during work hours Employee must use personal vehicle to commute to the Pittsburg shop each day Hourly compensation negotiable based on experience ($35
