Business Full Job Description Service Delivery Coordinator Location:

Rosemead, CA Schedule:

Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Coordinator will assist with projects that involve multiple client departments. They will partner with leadership teams across the organization to build relationships that facilitate the exchange of information and drive efficiency. Their primary focus is to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the deployment of Windows 10 devices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensures project/orders are delivered on time, striving to exceed project expectations Schedule planned delivery of assets to the end user Update Asset management tracking software at completion of delivery Effectively communicates dependencies and project status to customer and management staff Performs milestone tracking and implementation focus across a large cross-functional team with little to no supervisory guidance Proactively manages change in scope, identifying potential issues and devises contingency plan or alternate solution with least impact to customers and projects Manage 3rd party (resource quality be the issue escalation point for project related resources Coordinate and inform customer of internal network activity that may impact/interrupt their services Coordinate notification of delay of service as it regards to delivery Communicates regularly with up-channel management to ensure job priorities are clear, job quality is acceptable and to resolve any conflicts concerning personnel/equipment resources availability Actively participates in bi-weekly meetings Additional duties as assigned

Education:

2 year or 4-year Degree or 4 years vocational training equivalent in Business/Management, Business/Administration, or Information Systems.

Skills and experience:

2 or more years of Desktop Support experience Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and have strong customer relations skills. Must have ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
