Oreq Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, every time—through smart freight decisions, seamless coordination, and a commitment to service. What You'll Do Ensure on-time delivery by reviewing orders and planning daily shipments Collaborate with warehouse management order picking and packing schedules Select freight carriers based on quotes, timelines, and service levels Select freight carriers within cost guidelines Schedule and confirm domestic outbound shipments Support purchasing scheduling inbound freight Accurate data entry confirming shipment items in our ERP system Accurate data entry of freight details in Bill of Ladings File and track freight claims, ensuring timely reimbursement Maintain freight-related compliance across carriers, customers, and internal policies Serve as warehouse associate to support department pick, pack, ship, load, unload, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground orders, etc What You Bring Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills 3+ years in logistics, administration, or related field (manufacturing preferred) High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Excellent quote evaluation abilities Clear, professional communication with customers and freight carriers Proficiency with logistics software and general computer applications Knowledge of freight terms and shipping documentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort with basic math and inventory concepts Forklift Certified This role offers a clear path into broader administrative or warehouse operations positions, with opportunities to deepen your logistics expertise and expand your impact across departments.
