Logistics Operations Management:

Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and managing the entire e-commerce logistics operations, including order processing, warehouse management, distribution, and transportation.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate closely with procurement, warehousing, transportation, and other related departments to ensure coordination and efficient flow of processes.

Transportation Arrangements:

Coordinate with logistics partners, devise transportation plans, ensure timely order deliveries, and track the status of shipments when necessary.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, ensure adequate stock while avoiding excessive inventory holdings.

Customer Service:

Ensure timely fulfillment of customer logistics needs, handle logistics complaints and issues, and seek continuous improvement methods to enhance customer satisfaction.

Cost Control:

Optimize logistics processes, reduce operational costs while maintaining high-quality logistics services.

Team Management:

Lead and guide the logistics team, ensuring efficient team performance, and provide necessary training and support.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze logistics-related reports, such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, cost analysis, and report logistics operational performance to higher management.

Technology Application:

Promote the use of logistics information systems and technology to improve process visibility and automation.

Risk Management:

Identify and address potential risks that could affect logistics operations, take preventive measures to ensure the stability and safety of logistics operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and strategies to adapt to market changes and meet the growing demands of customers. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Must be bilingual in Chinese and English. Minimum 5 years' experience in import and export operations and warehouse management at a freight-forwarding company. Experience working with government entities, e.g. TSA and CBP, is preferred. Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Extensive knowledge of warehouse safety and security. Possess strong team leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
