Yard Manager & Semi Driver

Our landscape client is looking for a Yard Manager and Semi Driver. This is a long established well run landscape company, and will have hours during the slow season. Good pay and benefits.

Duties:

Moving construction equipment from job to job and from our shop to the job sites and back to our shop primarily using our Kenworth semi-truck and trailer. Loading and unloading landscape and irrigation materials from our suppliers to our job sites etc. including picking up parts for our repair shop. Managing our yard trash, parking, material storage, parking lot safety in conjunction with one of our head managers. Put new license plate stickers on all equipment when the stickers and registrations are received. Manage incoming trash into 30 yard roll off's, keeping track of where trash comes from for proper job costing. And any outside trash will require payment to be collected.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly wage is negotiated but aprox 35.00 per hour with a guarantee of 40 per week and health benefits after 90 days of full-time employment. This person may have to help out on job sites by operating equipment during slow times.

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
