This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, and overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational work. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee daily activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout, especially in a space-constrained environment Prioritize workflows to meet deadlines and customer requirements Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation Investigate and resolve discrepancies Ensure proper labeling, storage, and product rotation Order Fulfillment & Shipping Manage fulfillment for wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer orders Ensure accurate and on-time picking, packing, labeling, and shipping Coordinate with carriers and freight providers Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, etc.) Compliance & Customer Requirements Ensure adherence to customer-specific shipping requirements and routing guidelines Support shipping compliance for major retail and e-commerce channels Minimize errors, delays, and chargebacks through strong attention to detail Team Leadership Supervise and support warehouse staff Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and accountability Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency Support initiatives related to labor, freight, and operational improvements Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong inventory management and organizational skills Experience with warehouse systems, inventory software, and shipping platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working hands-on in the warehouse Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift What We're Looking For Strong leadership and accountability Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Hands-on and willing to support operations directly Team player with strong communication skills
