Henderson, CO $85,000 - $110,000 per year + Bonus Potential Full-Time | In Office Onin Staffing is working with one of the world's largest food-grade logistics companies, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support food distribution operations and federal nutrition assistance programs. This position is based in Henderson, Colorado and will oversee quality and food safety programs for both the Henderson and Aurora facilities. Responsibilities Lead and develop quality assurance personnel Partner with operations to identify and resolve quality concerns Conduct daily quality audits and KPI reporting Perform weekly and monthly food safety audits Develop and implement SOPs and training programs Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Support special projects related to shelf life, product specifications, environmental monitoring, and product sampling
Skills and Experience:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field preferred ✔ 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience ✔ HACCP certification required or preferred ✔
PCQI, GFSI
Practitioner, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or Internal Auditor certifications preferred ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities ✔ Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, warehousing, or CPG environments strongly preferred
