Job Description

Hometown Heating, located in Brooklyn, CT, a division of Santoro Oil , is seeking a Fuel Delivery Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily fuel delivery operations Manage and dispatch delivery drivers Ensure DOT and safety compliance Coordinate customer deliveries and emergency response Monitor fleet performance and operational efficiency Assist with hiring, training and driver development Work closely with customer service, sales, and management teams
Qualifications:
Fuel oil, propane, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience Leadership or supervisory experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment during peak heating season Strong computer skills
Hours:
Monday
  • Friday
  • 7 AM
  • 4:30 PM During heating season, December through March
  • available for Saturday coverage, as needed
Salary:
Starting at $70k and based on experience
Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
