Job Description

The Cobrand and Partner Product organization within JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) division is dedicated to delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that power some of the world's most recognized brands and strategic partnerships. Our team manages end-to-end product development and delivery for cobrand credit cards and partner platforms, driving value for millions of customers and supporting multi-billion dollar business relationships. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration, operational excellence, and a best-in-class user experience. By leveraging advanced technology, data-driven insights, and agile methodologies, we continuously evolve our products to meet changing market needs and exceed customer expectations. The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management and execution of product and feature releases, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery that prioritizes the end user experience and aligns with the product's strategic objectives. This role collaborates across teams, functions, and disciplines to drive continual progress and maximize value delivery throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Job responsibilities Manage and coordinate product and feature releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to align release plans with overall product strategy and objectives. Monitor and optimize the end-to-end user experience during product deployments. Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove obstacles to ensure smooth product delivery. Track progress across all phases of the product lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain release schedules, documentation, and status reports. Champion best practices in product delivery, including continuous improvement and scalability. Analyze feedback and metrics to drive enhancements in delivery processes and user experience. Utilize Jira Align and Jira to manage product backlogs, track progress, and ensure transparency across teams. Maintain Jira Align hygiene by regularly updating epics, features, and stories, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Monitor and report sprint metrics, including velocity, burn-down, and completion rates, to drive performance improvements. Manage dependencies across teams and products, proactively identifying and resolving blockers. Lead Product Health meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on next steps. Prepare and deliver Align status reports, providing clear visibility into product health and progress for stakeholders. Develop and present executive reports to share quarterly progress, key achievements, and strategic recommendations. Understand and actively promote disciplines within the product organization's operating model, ensuring consistent adoption and execution across teams. Ensure strict adherence to governance, risk, and control requirements throughout all phases of product delivery. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Proven track record of managing complex product releases and deployments Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational best practices Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Experience with agile methodologies and release management tools Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and value delivery Hands-on experience with Jira Align and Jira, including reporting and data management Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in financial services or technology industries Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification
