Requirements :

Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proven experience in managing large-scale programs or projects within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in warehouse management. Certification in project management (PMP) or similar certifications is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Program Management:

Lead and oversee warehouse-related programs from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor program performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement adjustments as needed. Ensure the proper execution of plans by coordinating between different teams, including operations, logistics, IT, and external partners.

Operational Efficiency:

Evaluate and optimize warehouse workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices for inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution processes. Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a high performance team culture. Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse team members to enhance their skills. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Collaboration and Communication:

Act as a liaison between warehouse teams and other departments, including procurement, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless operations. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, internal and external partners. Communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive management.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in warehouse operations, supply chain disruptions, and safety hazards. Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational downtime and maintain smooth business continuity.

Business Growth & Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business continuity. Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals through existing client interactions. Collaborate with the Business Development Director as required to pursue new business and growth initiatives. Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and support retention. Assist in proposal development and new business acquisition efforts.

Budget and Cost Control:

Develop and manage budgets for warehouse projects and operations. Monitor expenses and take corrective actions to stay within budget. Analyze cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service and operational efficiency.
