Warehouse Operations / Shipping & Inventory Manager

Join our growing team at Juki Junkies/Gigi's Fabric Shop and help lead the daily operations behind one of the sewing industry's top ecommerce and retail businesses. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Warehouse Operations / Shipping & Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse flow, inventory accuracy, shipping logistics, and team coordination. ( HEAVY lifting is part of the job ) This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and organization Manage and supervise warehouse staff while helping create efficient workflows Coordinate and process shipments including small parcel and LTL freight shipments Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures Work within systems such as Finale Inventory and ShipStation Assist with receiving products, inspecting shipments, and resolving discrepancies Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner Communicate with customers regarding shipping questions and order issues when needed Help improve operational systems, warehouse efficiency, and inventory processes Coordinate with management and other departments to support company goals Provide friendly, professional customer service both in person and over the phone/email when needed Preferred Qualifications Candidates should have experience in at least some of the following: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ecommerce fulfillment operations Strong customer service and communication skills Supervising or managing a team LTL freight shipments Shipping & receiving Warehouse operations Inventory management ShipStation Finale Inventory Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move heavy sewing machines and warehouse shipments safely Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment Ability to stand, bend, organize, and move throughout the day Ideal Candidate Friendly and customer service oriented Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable multitasking in a busy warehouse environment Positive attitude and team player Strong communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Able to lead while also jumping in and helping where needed About Us Juki Junkies is a leading sewing machine, fabric, and education company focused on providing exceptional customer support, education, and service nationwide.
