Job Description

Position Summary A growing logistics and distribution organization in the Doral area is seeking an agile, data-driven Warehouse Operations Manager with proven experience working in the floral industry. This leadership role is responsible for orchestrating end-to-end daily facility workflows, driving continuous process improvement, and cultivating a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of hands-on floor management and strategic supply chain planning to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities Daily Workflow Leadership:
Direct all inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, meticulous inventory control, and fleet loading optimization.
Team Development:
Supervise, mentor, and schedule a warehouse staff of 20+ personnel, ensuring clear performance standards and robust safety compliance.
Process Optimization:
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed improvements to streamline workflows and reduce overhead costs.

Resource & Demand Alignment:
Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate production planning and materials management based on shifting business demands.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Serve as the primary operational contact for key vendors and freight partners to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Qualifications & Skills Progressive experience managing a warehouse with a heavy focus on flowers, logistics, and supply chain management. Proficient with mid-to-large scale Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise database/ERP architecture (experience with legacy platforms or advanced inventory tracking systems highly preferred). Familiarity with budgeting, transportation planning, and structured problem-solving frameworks (such as Lean principles or project management workflows). Proven ability to lead diverse teams of 20+ employees, manage labor schedules efficiently, and foster a culture of safety and accountability. Strong capability to pull and interpret operational data to inform executive decision-making.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
