Fulfillment Hub USA is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee warehouse implementation projects and operational initiatives at our Miami facility. This role will be responsible for managing client onboarding projects, warehouse layout modifications, special operational setups, kitting and repacking projects, process improvements, and cross-functional operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in warehouse or logistics operations, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Client Onboarding Lead the onboarding process for new warehouse clients from implementation through operational launch. Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments during implementation. Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular status updates with stakeholders. Ensure all operational requirements are properly documented and executed. Warehouse Setup & Operational Implementations Plan and coordinate special warehouse setups for new clients and business opportunities. Manage warehouse layout changes, storage optimization projects, and space utilization initiatives. Oversee implementation of new workflows, operational procedures, and warehouse processes. Coordinate equipment, labor, and material requirements for project execution. Ensure all setups comply with safety standards and operational best practices. Kitting, Repacking & Special Projects Manage kitting, assembly, labeling, repacking, and value-added service projects. Develop project plans and production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Coordinate staffing requirements and operational resources. Monitor project progress, quality standards, and productivity metrics. Resolve operational challenges and identify process improvements. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Inventory, and Warehouse teams. Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project success. Escalate risks, delays, and operational concerns proactively. Process Improvement & Continuous Optimization Analyze warehouse workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor project performance metrics and prepare management reports. Support operational scaling initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed project documentation and implementation records. Track project budgets, timelines, and operational KPIs. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports. Document lessons learned and best practices for future implementations. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain environments. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred PMP certification or formal Project Management training. Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience.
