Warehouse Manager

About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on involvement, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a warehouse team of 10-15 associates , including drivers. Schedule daily activities for picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries . Oversee shipping, receiving, and packaging of customer orders. Ensure operational workflows support accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.

Process required documentation:

packing lists, shipping documents, vendor invoices, etc. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Perform physical duties as needed, including heavy lifting . Uphold company policies and safety standards; ensure compliance across the team. Drive results by monitoring timelines, productivity, and quality performance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse experience , including supervision of 10+ team members. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to work in a drug-free workplace . Able to reliably commute to Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 or relocate before starting.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
