This position plays a critical role in receiving inventory, organizing job-specific materials, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring materials are properly prepared and distributed for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to work effectively with project managers, vendors, delivery personnel, and field installers. Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, construction materials, or logistics is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a long-term career opportunity within a specialized construction industry that offers strong job stability and growth potential. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and deliveries
  • Coordinate and manage job-specific materials for multiple projects
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to jobsites and company locations
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Track inventory levels and assist with inventory management
  • Coordinate with project managers regarding material needs and schedules
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with material handling
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and shipment accuracy
  • Assist in managing damaged, missing, or backordered materials
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
  • Help ensure materials are staged and prepared for field installation crews Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehouse, logistics, inventory, or construction industry experience is helpful
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Experience coordinating deliveries or scheduling is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems preferred
  • Commercial construction material experience is beneficial but not required Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to lift and handle construction materials safely
