- Delivery & Pickup Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing timely deliveries and pickups, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth logistical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up gear and equipment throughout the tri-county area.
- Ensure all items are transported safely and handled with care.
- Load and unload equipment as needed.
- Verify delivery and pickup details, including signatures and documentation.
- Maintain communication with the team regarding route status, delays, or issues.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist with warehouse or operational support when deliveries are completed. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to safely drive throughout the tri-county area.
- Drive commercial work van
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work early morning routes, with daily routes potentially starting as early as 7:00 AM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Provide driving record Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Experience handling equipment or warehouse support is a plus. Work Environment
- Frequent driving throughout the day.
- Regular lifting, loading, and unloading of equipment.
- Combination of driving, warehouse, and customer-facing responsibilities Schedule Monday
- Friday (Ocassional Saturays) 8 AM
