Job Description The Delivery Manager - Grid Orchestration Software (GridOS) is a technical leader responsible for leading the successful end-to-end implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments. This role combines technical understanding with delivery coordination, helping to drive implementation progress, maintain quality standards, and support positive customer outcomes. The Delivery Manager works with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in alignment with established processes, timelines, and business goals. The ideal candidate brings expertise in sustained customer success and has experience working with software delivery or implementation projects, preferably within utility, energy, or grid-related environments. They should be comfortable addressing technical and operational challenges with independent problem solving. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). Required Qualifications Requires four (4) years software design , software integration and/or DMS, EMS, Oil and Gas, or related experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Software Services Group. Experience Strong software systems development and integration skills. Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment. Good understanding of programming and database skills. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Experience with Unix, and/or Windows. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures. Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to work effectively with other management and groups. Fosters a team environment. Relocation Assistance Provided:
No For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,600.00 and $122,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility:
