Warehouse Manager Old Florida Gourmet Products Palm City, FL Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Packing Labeling Warehouse management experience Moving Palletization Forklift Pallet wrapping Stacking Attention to detail Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description Warehouse Manager / Inventory & Fulfillment Lead Old Florida Gourmet Products is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Inventory & Fulfillment Lead to oversee receiving, inventory control, warehouse organization, and outgoing order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping inventory accurate, organized, rotated, and ready for distributor and local orders. The right person must be detail-oriented, physically capable, forklift certified, and experienced in warehouse and inventory management. Hours are 7am-3pm Monday through Friday with some flexible time off Responsibilities Receive incoming product and verify it against POs, BOLs, packing slips, and invoices. Check incoming product for correct SKUs, quantities, pallet condition, case condition, lot codes, labels, and expiration dates. Put product away in the correct warehouse locations and maintain clear organization by SKU, lot, and expiration date. Track inventory accuracy, product locations, incoming orders, outgoing orders, and date-sensitive stock. Follow FIFO rotation to ensure older product ships first and expiration dates are managed properly. Build outgoing orders for distributors, wholesale customers, and local delivery routes. Pull, stage, wrap, label, and prepare pallets according to customer and vendor requirements. Make sure all paperwork is complete, accurate, signed, and returned properly. Maintain compliance with distributor, vendor, and customer order requirements. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Operate a forklift safely and responsibly. Report shortages, damages, inventory issues, paperwork problems, or compliance concerns immediately. Requirements Warehouse management experience required. Inventory management experience required. Forklift certification required. Experience managing multiple SKUs and warehouse locations. Experience with FIFO, expiration dates, lot codes, and date-sensitive inventory preferred. Ability to read and follow pick sheets, POs, invoices, BOLs, and customer requirements. Strong attention to detail and paperwork accuracy. Able to lift heavy product and perform labor-intensive warehouse work. Able to work in a hot warehouse environment. Reliable, organized, punctual, and accountable. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, stack, wrap, and move product throughout the workday. This role requires standing, bending, reaching, and working in a hot warehouse environment. Performance Expectations Inventory is accurate and organized. Product is received and put away correctly. FIFO and expiration dates are managed properly. Orders are built accurately and staged on time. Paperwork and signatures are completed correctly. Warehouse stays clean, safe, and organized.
