Lake Mary Boulevard, Sanford, FL 32773 Full-time Full-time We are seeking an experienced Construction Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in inventory management, receiving procedures, and general warehouse operations. Experience with Sage software is a plus. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Receiving:

Supervise the receiving process, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Software Utilization:

Utilize software for inventory tracking, reporting, and other relevant tasks as needed.

Reporting:

Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory levels, warehouse performance, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a construction or related industry.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Software Proficiency:

Experience with Sage software is a plus but not required.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in warehouse management or logistics are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
