Warehouse Manager / Glass Shop Lead

About Us Prime Glass Inc. is a growing employee-owned glass and glazing company serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in shower enclosures, mirrors, and custom glass installations for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a hands-on warehouse leader who can help organize and improve warehouse operations while supporting field installation crews when needed. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in staying organized, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage warehouse organization and inventory Load and unload glass and materials Cut and fabricate mirrors Maintain tools, equipment, and warehouse systems Operate forklifts and material handling equipment Track inventory and materials Build or modify racks, carts, and shop equipment Assist with deliveries and logistics Help installers in the field when needed Keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient Work with leadership to improve operational systems Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined Organized and dependable Comfortable working with tools and equipment Able to lift heavy materials safely Experienced in warehouse operations Able to solve problems independently Comfortable working both in the warehouse and occasionally in the field This is a hands-on working manager position.
