• 540 N Dixie Fwy, New Smyrna Beach, FL Position Overview The Delivery & Flex Manager plays a dual role supporting both store operations and customer deliveries across multiple locations.

This position will handle deliveries 2-5 days per week, and when not on the road, will support the store as a Sales Associate. Employees have the flexibility to elect to work between 1-5 days per week, making this a great opportunity for both part-time and full-time candidates. This is a hands-on role requiring strong customer service skills, safe driving practices, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Delivery Operations Coordinate and complete customer deliveries from all store locations Safely operate company delivery vehicles (assigned at home store) Deliver large or bulk items including grills, palletized goods (mulch, soil), and outdoor furniture Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer service Customer Service Provide a positive and professional representation of Central Florida Ace Hardware Greet and assist customers throughout the store Proactively help customers find solutions and products Answer phone calls promptly and courteously Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary Maintain strong product knowledge and store familiarity Store Operations Support daily store operations when not completing deliveries Backfill Sales Associate responsibilities as needed Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Assist with safe forklift operations and material handling Qualifications Valid Driver's License (Required) Safe driving record High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout shift Compensation $14
