Job Description:
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday no call required. Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages accurately and efficiently while meeting customer delivery needs and timelines. Manages inventory replenishment processes, including counting, stocking, organizing, and maintaining supply areas. Receives and inspects deliveries, verifies packing slips, processes receipts in the system, and scans documentation accurately. Ensures proper handling and storage of supplies, including refrigerated and special-handling items, to maintain product safety and compliance. Resolves receiving and delivery discrepancies, coordinates returns, applies property tags to capital equipment, and communicates with purchasing and suppliers as needed.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with delivery drivers. [Required]
  • Has computer skills and the ability to use a keypad and keyboard. [Required]

  • Exhibits familiarity with shipping and billing procedures. [Required]
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize departmental priorities [Required]
  • Ability to process large shipments in an organized manner [Required]

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
