Mobile Coordinator

Job Summary Energize your career as a Ford Mobile Coordinator, where you'll lead the planning, execution, and management of our Ford Mobile Service and Ford Pick up and Delivery initiatives. This dynamic role involves coordinating mobile units to deliver essential services, engaging with customers and technicians, and ensuring seamless operations across all activities. Duties Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and logistics of mobile units to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Coordinate with team members, parts, and customers to provide exceptional service to each and every customer Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adapt plans to meet evolving customer and dealership needs Collect data to maintain accurate records, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness Promote community engagement by communicating program benefits clearly and building strong relationships with participants Ensure all mobile activities adhere to organizational policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in project coordination or mobile outreach programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously Excellent communication skills to engage diverse community groups effectively Ability to multitask and stay organized Knowledge of safety protocols related to mobile operations and scheduling
