Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Bench Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Bench Manager to support operations across multiple warehouse locations in the South Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a flexible, hands-on leader who can step in where needed, oversee teams, and ensure smooth daily operations across sites. The Bench Manager will travel between Jonesboro, Palmetto, Fairburn, and Newnan , providing leadership, filling in for site managers, and supporting staffing, productivity, and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and operational support across multiple warehouse locations Step in as acting manager when needed to maintain continuity of operations Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees Monitor workflow, labor performance, and daily production metrics Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures Communicate effectively with site leadership, clients, and team members Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

Must be over 18 years old Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Previous experience in warehouse supervision or management Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to adapt quickly to different sites and teams Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution environments Must be willing to travel between multiple locations
