Jerome, ID (onsite)Salary Range:
$70K - $95K (depending on experience)We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced frozen food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and ensuring efficient and safe operations across the facility.What you will do:
Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and cost controlManage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliationOptimize warehouse layout and space utilizationEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsLead, train, and develop warehouse staff while managing schedules and performanceMonitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairsImplement and enforce operational policies and continuous improvement initiativesSupport audits and maintain accurate records for inventory and reportingAct as subject matter expert for warehouse systems and inventory trackingWhat we are looking for:3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or food productionStrong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processesLeadership experience managing teams in a warehouse environmentUnderstanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse regulationsStrong organizational, problem solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse-related toolsNice to have:
