Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Bolingbrook facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse or distribution center management, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of vitamins and supplements to domestic and international destinations. Lead, schedule, and develop a team of warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching. Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and coordination with the purchasing and sales teams. Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines for supplement handling and storage. Monitor and optimize warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, on-time shipment rates, and labor productivity. Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, including international freight. Implement and enforce safety protocols; ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment. Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep. Partner with the operations and supply chain teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records using the warehouse management system (WMS - Netsuite) and generate regular reporting for leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management or distribution center supervisory experience required. Experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred. Familiarity with FDA/GMP compliance standards for supplement storage and handling. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams of 10 or more employees. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Netsuite and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with international shipping logistics and export documentation is a plus. Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. Location Requirement This position is located at our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse and requires daily on-site presence.
