Warehouse Manager/Driver Reilly Foods, LLC - 1.0 Dawson, IL Job Details Part-time $15 - $19 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Packing Route planning Transportation management Continuous improvement Attention to detail Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager/Driver to lead our logistics operations, ensure availability of supplies and pack hardware needed for offsite catering jobs. This role combines hands-on warehouse supervision with responsible driving duties, playing a vital part in maintaining efficient inventory management, transportation planning, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation, operational expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our logistics success while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods. WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY OWNERSHIP
Owns the entire FOH warehouse — plates, cutlery, napkins, decor, chafing dishes, cast iron skillets, all hardware Maintains organized, consistent storage so nothing is misplaced or wasted Manages monthly supply orders and coordinates with Sherri for inventory accuracy Sign-in/sign-out sheets for all inventory to reduce loss and track usage Segmented inventory counts per storage area to improve tracking and reduce theft risk Accountable for time spent on inventory — efficiency targets enforced
EVENT PACKING & LOGISTICS
Attends all BEO meetings — translates each event into complete FOH hardware needs Packs every job on carts with all required items before every event Loads carts onto vans; coordinates with drivers on timing Creates detailed pack lists for every event including BEO, pertinent notes, and return checklists Ensures drivers have all information needed to execute and return from events Verifies all items are returned and accounted for after every event
LABELING & STANDARDS
Food labels completed weekly and ready by Monday for the following week Labels verified by Front of House Manager before events Consistent item storage enforced — trains drivers and FOH on where things belong Coordinates with Front of House Manager on any inventory discrepancies or missing items
SUPPLY ORDERING & VEHICLES
Manages supply orders for FOH consumables Coordinates with Operations Director on order volume and budget Coordinates vehicle fueling with Maintainence as needed Tracks vehicle readiness before every event load-out We'd love to meet you and see if we can make a match!
