Position Overview:
We are seeking a Floral Professional to join our warehouse operations team. This role is ideal for someone with previous floral experience who is looking to work in a professional, collaborative environment focused on quality and efficiency. You will play a key role in handling fresh floral product, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring our cooler is well-maintained and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and stage floral orders based on customer specifications Receive, inspect, and process incoming floral shipments with attention to quality and condition Organize and maintain cooler inventory for efficient access and optimal product care Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup Communicate product availability or quality issues clearly with the team Support walk-in customers with professionalism and product knowledge Contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness, organization, and team productivity
Qualifications:
Previous experience in floral handling, retail floristry, event floral work, or wholesale preferred Strong knowledge of floral varieties and proper care/processing techniques Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and cooler conditions Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative
