The Munster Times is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead newspaper delivery operations within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily newspaper distribution Recruit and manage independent contractors Ensure delivery meets standards Resolve customer complaints Maintain route lists and reports Support distribution operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and insurance

Physical Requirements:
