Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory coordination, and truck loading activities. This role is responsible for leading warehouse personnel while actively participating in operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in an active warehouse environment and is willing to work alongside the team when needed.
Schedule Standard hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Flexibility required for off-shift hours as needed for employee training, operational support, or coverage during personnel absences Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations Load and unload trucks as needed in a fast-paced warehouse environment Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy Oversee order picking, packing, and shipment preparation Assist with inventory control and maintain organized warehouse operations Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain workplace safety standards and compliance with company policies Provide hands-on operational support during staffing shortages or high-volume periods Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer and operational needs are met Qualifications Previous warehouse leadership or management experience required Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and move materials as required Experience with inventory systems and warehouse documentation preferred Proven ability to lead by example in a team-oriented environment Flexible schedule with the ability to work off-shift hours when necessary
