May also perform duties that are inherent to all supervisory positions. Responsibilities Manages daily aspects of the departments and its staff to ensure projects are completed, goals and customer needs are being met. Monitors department performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. Assists Branch Manager with delegation of assignments. Provide direction to staff. Liaise between the Branch Manager, customers, and employees. Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested.
