Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure efficient logistics processes. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment that meets the highest standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and enhance safety standards Oversee inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and control inventory discrepancies Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for seamless distribution and delivery schedules Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse functions Operate and oversee forklift and mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling tasks Maintain detailed records using warehouse management systems such as AS400 and other logistics software Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving, and warehouse distribution processes Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) including AS400 or similar platforms Valid forklift certification and mechanical knowledge for heavy lifting operations Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in materials handling Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL environments is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to operational excellence!
