Duties Oversee the daily routine of cleaning and organizing the warehouse, putting away and organizing equipment and products/parts. Working with construction and service crews at the warehouse to help them get loaded and departed each morning. Load and unload materials Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity across warehouse operations Receive and unload deliveries from vendors. Dumping trash and keeping the yard and warehouse clean. Skills Some familiarity with swimming pool maintenance or construction is desired. A good attitude with flexibility to switch tasks as needed. Ability to lift 100lbs regularly. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Excellent team skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Focus on safety Bilingual English Spanish would be highly desirable Join us as a key member of a growing local business, we want to hear from you!
