Welcome We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to take charge of our daily processes concerning product storage and cleaning. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering respect for the efficient and accurate movement of goods. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with company safety, standards and regulations. Responsibilities
- Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
- Manage fabric maintenance, assist in truck loading, and overall facility maintenance.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, and security
- Assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Coordinating with Operations for prompt and secure delivery of products.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment. Monitor safety standards and enforce proper warehouse safety procedures Manage the RFID implementation Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedules, including trucks. Handle issues related to damaged or missing inventory. Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals Handle issues related to damaged or missing inventory. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager, with personal hands-on experience.
- It is beneficial if you have some working knowledge on carpentry, welding, small engines, and electrical
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong grasp of principles including inventory control, warehouse operation, and acceptable safety standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Must have computer skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary Education and Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management OSHA certification or other warehouse safety training is a plus Benefits and Perks At B.C.
