HVAC Warehouse Manager

A growing and well-established residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service company is seeking an experienced HVAC Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and fleet management. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring field teams are fully equipped, efficient, and set up for success every day. We are looking for someone with required deep HVAC Specific industry knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to think fast, adapt quickly, and take ownership.

Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience) Paid time off Benefits Stable, year-round position with a growing company Strong team culture and support from leadership Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced residential service environment Order, track, and manage inventory of HVAC, plumbing, and related materials and equipment Maintain proper stock levels while focusing on cost containment and efficiency Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships Negotiate pricing, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials Coordinate closely with service and installation teams to ensure job readiness Organize and optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and processes Track purchasing budgets and inventory systems Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate deliveries as needed Oversee company fleet, including maintenance scheduling, registrations, inspections, and compliance Ensure all vehicles and equipment are safe, operational, and job-ready Troubleshoot supply chain and logistics issues quickly and effectively Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Lead with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude Requirements 3+ years of experience in warehouse, purchasing, or inventory management (HVAC or plumbing preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing materials, equipment, and supply chain operations Proven experience managing vendors and purchasing processes Fleet management experience a huge plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with inventory or purchasing software is a plus
