We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations in Lawrence, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring products move accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and service. Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to keep a fast-paced warehouse running smoothly while continuously improving processes. What You Will Own. In this role, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts and system tracking. You'll manage workflows, staffing, and distribution schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and without error. You will work closely with freight carriers and internal teams to resolve issues, improve communication, and maintain strong service levels. Monitoring key performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and productivity will be a core part of your responsibilities. You'll also lead process improvements, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies, all while driving efficiency and cost control. What Separates You From The Rest. You bring proven leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, along with a strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse systems. You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across departments helps keep operations aligned and running efficiently. You take pride in building strong teams, developing employees, and creating a culture of accountability and safety. Experience with WMS/ERP systems, OSHA standards, and continuous improvement practices sets you apart, along with your willingness to stay hands-on when needed. Salary Range:
$87,400.00 - $117,900.00 per year. Plus Bonus. The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs.
